I have been using Matt and Your Care recruitment for the best part of a year. The fees that Matt charges are incredibly reasonable given the standard of the carers that Matt has on his books All the carers that we have had have been excellent. Empathic compassionate kind but more importantly caring. In a previous role I booked some of Matt’s nurses and they too were excellent and we could get cover at short notice Nothing is too much trouble for any of Matt’s staff and they arrive on shift and integrate themselves into the team What Matt can do is provide one of his carers at short notice. I requested a carer recently and Matt came back to me in 3 minutes to say the shift had been picked up But if Matt cannot cover the shift he is honest with you and says he cannot cover so you can then go elsewhere Your care is by far the best agency that I have worked with
